By accessing or using the Charm City Palace website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use our services.

This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate event inquiries and bookings. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws.
• Transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the website.

All event bookings at Charm City Palace are subject to a signed venue rental agreement and receipt of a non-refundable deposit. A booking is only confirmed upon execution of a formal contract between the client and Charm City Palace.

• Submitting an inquiry through this website does not constitute a confirmed reservation.
• Availability is subject to change until a deposit is received and a contract is signed.
• All pricing is subject to change and will be confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
• Charm City Palace reserves the right to refuse service at its sole discretion.

All deposits paid to Charm City Palace are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation by the client, the following terms apply:

• Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the event date will forfeit the deposit only.
• Cancellations made within 90 days of the event date may be subject to additional fees as outlined in the signed contract.
• Charm City Palace reserves the right to cancel an event due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), in which case a credit or rescheduling option will be offered.

All cancellation and refund terms are governed by the signed rental agreement, which supersedes any general policy stated here.

All guests, vendors, and event organizers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner while on the premises of Charm City Palace. The following rules apply to all events:

• Illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.
• All applicable alcohol service laws of the State of Maryland must be observed.
• Damage to the venue or its property will be the financial responsibility of the event organizer.
• Charm City Palace staff reserve the right to remove any individual whose behavior is deemed disruptive or unsafe.
• Maximum occupancy limits must be observed at all times in accordance with fire and safety regulations.

Charm City Palace reserves the right to photograph and record events held at our venue for use in marketing, social media, and promotional materials, unless the client has submitted a written request to opt out prior to the event date.

Any photography or videography conducted by third-party vendors hired by the client must be coordinated in advance and may not interfere with the operation of the venue or the safety of guests.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design elements, is the property of Charm City Palace and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Charm City Palace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, or from the conduct of any event held at our venue.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Charm City Palace, its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or any event held under your reservation.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Baltimore City, Maryland.

Charm City Palace reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
